Upon completion of your
report you will be issued a temporary report
number. After your report is reviewed and
accepted you will be issued a permanent
report number. Please contact your telephone
provider with the permanent report number
and follow their instructions on how to
obtain tracer results. Have the tracer
results faxed to the Amarillo Police
Department (806) 378-3031. Be sure to
include the permanent report number on the
paperwork. Keep track of when harassing
telephone calls occur and the number they
are called from (if you have caller ID).
Also have available for the investigator any
taped recordings of the harassing phone
calls and any cell phone records.
Only information with the red asterisk * are
mandatory. If you have an email address
please enter it so you can get the status of
your report (email addresses are not used
for any other purpose).
